AC Preventative Maintenance

Our preventative maintenance plan allows us to identify potential problems and bring them to your attention before they become bigger problems or cause an equipment stoppage. Keeping your system running smoothly, and keeping you comfortable all year long.

Our pre-season pool heater check up allows us to identify potential issues that will cause an equipment stoppage or at the very least give you piece of mind that your heater will do what you need it to, when you need it to. Cutting down on wasted time and potentially saving you a service call.

Conklin Air and Pool Heater Repair is a small, family business with a mission to provide high-quality work with small town customer service that seems to be missing in a world of shady corporate HVAC companies. No BS just honest, quality service at an affordable price is what we strive to deliver.
Gene Conklin, the owner and service technician, has been in the HVAC industry for over 10 years. He graduated with an associate's degree in HVAC-R and began his career outside of Pittsburgh before moving to Cape Coral in 2021. Since then, he has been a lead air conditioning service technician with a local company and also specializes in pool heater repair. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, roasting his own coffee, working out, enjoying the beach, and spending time with family and his pets.
Katie Conklin, Gene's wife and the office administrator, is also here to help with day-to-day operations. She works in healthcare and in her free time enjoys hiking, baking, doing anything outside, and spending time with family and her pets.
